On 30 July the Moroccan nation celebrates its national holiday - the Day of the ascension to the throne of King Mohammed VI.

On this occasion the Her Excellency Ms. Latifah Aharbash, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Bulgaria, hosted a reception. Prominent politicians, parliamentarians, diplomats, members of the Bulgarian-Moroccan Association and friends of the country as well as Moroccans living in the country gathered at the residence of the Kingdom of Morocco for the Feast of the Throne. The guests enjoyed traditional Moroccan dishes, including the famous couscous, and the tea ceremony, with its wonderful flavours. The hosts showed once again the proverbial Moroccan hospitality and the guests remembered or simply dreamt of Rabat and Casablanca, Salé and Marrakesh.
