On 1 December the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Romania in the Republic of Bulgaria, His Excellency Mr. Anton Pakuretsu and his wife gave a reception on the occasion of the national holiday in Radisson Blu Grand Hotel Sofia.

The unification day once again brought together eminent people from the diplomatic, political and cultural elite, and representatives of the Romanian diaspora in Bulgaria.

This year Romania has experienced very difficult moments. Therefore, in his message to all Romanians on the occasion of the national holiday of the country, the Romanian President Klaus Johannis called for "unity, solidarity and concord."
